Who Doesn’t Love Bacon?
I’m making spaghetti alla carbonara for dinner tonight. It’s one of my top five all-time favorite dishes. Not coincidentally, it involves bacon and cheese. For those who haven’t tried it, do so at once. It’s quick and easy to make, and it’s almost unreasonably tasty. Seriously, do it. Just be careful with the egg. I like to make it with whole grain spinach spaghetti, and I usually use bacon instead of pancetta.
